I have an iPhone 5 and my FaceTime is restricted off my phone how do I get FaceTime back please help !

For one, where are you?

Certain countries around the world place restrictions on VoIP and video chat calls, often because of their encrypted/un-tappable nature or to preserve telecom monopolies. If your country is one of them then Apple have disabled the feature to comply with local regulations. In that case you need to take your question your government/telecom authority.

I agree with Camelot. However see if you are using restrictions passcode settings>general>restrictions

If so and you don't know the code a recovery mode restore would wipe the device and the passcode. Bearing in mind if you restore from a backup with the

setting the setting will return.

Go to Settings>General>About>Model and report what it says.
